What to bring to class
Handgun
You may bring the handgun of your choice. We recommend bringing the firearm you shoot most frequently and are knowledgeable about its operation.
Ammunition
You should bring a minimum of 30 rounds of FACTORY ammunition. Please do not bring hand loads.
Magazines
One pistol magazine is required, but we recommend that you bring two magazines if possible.
Eye Protection
Glasses of any type are acceptable. We recommend plastic "polycarbonate" lens wrap around glasses. Tinted glasses on sunny days are also recommended.
Ear Protection
Disposable foam, electronic, or standard over the ear hearing protection are all acceptable.
Clothing
Dress appropriately for the weather. We will shoot under a canopy if it is raining. NO open toed shoes or low cut tops, as hot ejected casings can cause an accident.
State Photo ID
We don't need to copy your ID, but forms that you will fill out must match what's on your current photo ID. Your application for your permit to carry must be submitted to the closest Sheriff's office to your current home address.
Pen & Paper
Please bring a pen and paper to fill out forms, take notes, and write down questions. We will have a few extras.
Food and drinks
Feel free to bring a lunch, snacks, and something to drink.
